In reference to our cancellation policies, the customer has the right to cancel a purchase contract for hardware within 14 days without stating a reason.
Our hardware products include:
- scanner
- targets
- linen tester
- Datacolor SpyderX Pro/Elite
- travel adapter
- USB-C adapter
The customer accepts that he/she will lose his/her right of cancellation in a software purchase contract within the start of the contract.
As a general rule we will not refund any software purchases.
