I purchased SIlverFast but my SilverFast 9 screen only shows a demo version.
In case you purchased a license, but SilverFast only offers you a demo please check the following points:
- Try logging in and out from the SilverFast 9 launch screen.

Make sure the scanner shown on your invoice exactly corresponds to your scanner model. Many manufacturers have several similar sounding models For example there is a Reflecta RPS 7200 and a Reflecta CrystalScan 7200.
A Cannon 8600F and a 8800F.
An EPSON 4490 and a 4990.
And many more. SilverFast licenses are only for a specific device. You can find how to fix this here.

Make sure you log in with the same e-mail address you used for the purchase.
Otherwise log out from your SilverFast 9 start screen and log inusing the correct e-mail address.
If these steps do not help you, select No below and contact us for further help.
